The WOODLAND comes to you in a securely wrapped, diy flat pack form, which is easy to transport and easy to store; the packaging is designed to withstand dampness and rough handling. Apart from each component of the flatpack being inspected in the factory prior to wrapping, the flat-pack wrapping itself is inspected for damage prior to leaving our warehouse for local delivery; when it arrives please check for any damage to the wrapping, which may indicate that the components inside might be damaged. If this is the case, refuse to take delivery and contact us immediately; we will arrange for a replacement to be delivered to you as soon as we possibly can.
